No Returns for Change of Mind
Because jewelry is a personal item, we do not accept returns or exchanges for style, size, or preference changes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion based on availability.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused and in original packaging for any resolution.
- Normal wear, tarnish, or damage from perfumes/water/chemicals is not covered.
- Orders lost due to an incorrect address cannot be replaced.
