Because of the personal nature of jewelry and to keep every piece hygienic, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit depending on availability.
